hCarole A. Gilano Cayer CMD, CCAM, Real Estate Broker
My real estate career began in Los Angeles in 1989, as a regional shopping center marketing director for Westfield Corporation. My largest portfolio consisted of 1.3 Million square feet of retail. In 1998 I segued in to residential property management and in 2003, I formed my own small property management company. My property management portfolio consists of three premier buildings in San Francisco, all of which are homeowners´ associations. I provide full service property management including leasing, sales and interim management services. My portfolio is comprised of a 20- story Russian Hill Landmark, a Historic 65 unit mixed use building in South Beach, an iconic Telegraph Hill building, an exclusive Pacific Heights building and a Charming Russian Hill Villa.
I am able to keep track of everything, by parceling my time effectively and maintaining a matrix spreadsheet which lists the maintenance schedule of all the major components and time sensitive administrative tasks for my properties. I carry this information on my PDA, so I have it with me at all times. I utilize the services of a part time assistant for routine administrative tasks and I retain the services of a professional accounting firm and CPA for the financial management of my portfolio. I am easily accessible to my clients, as I carry my cell phone and pager on me at all times. It is my opinion that a proactive building maintenance plan and prompt customer service, results in fewer emergencies and satisfied clients.
Upon request, I would be happy to better describe my range of services over the phone or in person.
